ok. so according to my phone it says i have 1 email. so if i open messages it shows nothing. if i press the menu to see all my icons. my inbox has a red star on it. so i click that and nothing shows up. i went into BIS and deleted the inbox. THE ICON IS STILL THERE!, re added the account and the star came back. i tried a battery pull a couple times. WTF IS WRONG!!!!!!!!!!

Scroll up to the date and select open prior or delete Prior.

this is from the Messages Icon. so it should show all messages from all inboxes.. and its empty but it still says 1.

Check your saved messages?

If you can't find it after all of that go to your DM, open backup/restore,
and go to advanced, and scroll down and delete your message database. It might be corrupt.

there was a message in saved messages.. no clue how it got there but thanks a lot! that icon was going to make me go nuts

yea.. funny thing too. i was in class and a class mate of mine works for verizon so he knows just about as much as there is to know about the curve so i asked him and he had no clue... he told me it was cause i had AT&T lol.
