I have a Verizon 8330. I use a Hotmail account and within the last week none of the emails I open and/or delete on my phone are being opened/deleted from my actual Hotmail account.

I'm also having trouble getting my camera to zoom. It's stuck on 1x and will not go to 3x or 5x. Any suggestions?

#1-Goto your email icon for your hotmail, then press the BB button go down to Options, then scroll down till you see Email Reconciliation, then select Delete On and select mailbox and handheld.

#2-I would suggest trying a Battery pull for your camera issue, it should fix the problem. I

It looks like your suggestion worked. Unfortunately, I've done a number of battery pulls and it's hasn't fixed the camera.
