I had a @berkeley.edu email address set up on my blackberry but a few months ago it stopped receiving new messages. I deleted the account from my blackberry (Curve 8330 with VZW) because I thought resetting it would fix whatever problem I was having. Instead, the email cannot be set up anymore. When I try to add the email with auto settings through the blackberry application, I am given an error which forces me to set my own settings, such as my username, password, email address, and mail server. Once I go through with this, I get an error that reads:
"Cannot log in: Please verify your email address, user name, and password. The information you provided is incorrect. If the error persists contact...".
I have also tried to set the email up through the BIS site but there I am unable to make an account due to the following error message:
"your account is not accessible through HTML browser...".
Does anyone know what may be wrong? Thanks for the help.
