ok so i followed the other thread about deleting a account.
this phone was a returned phone into sprint since my other one took a ****; & i got out of a insurance claim.
a other persons email was registered on it. I tried doing it on line but when i put in my pin & meid it says i need to register my internet so i do; got the email that it is registered. still didnt work. then a person posted to go thru service book & delete. did so & no luck. When i try to even make a new account it says one has already been made. any suggestions? without the long waits with sprint on the phone?
