Sorry, total noob here...

Is there a way to change, for example, Work and Work 2 to "Work/Main" and "Work/direct"? There's gotta be, right?

Also, is there a way to add a note to an entry?

If the OS Address Book can't do it, are their 3rd party ones that will?

I'm coming from Palm, and there are a million things I love more about BB, but this is kind of key.

No way to edit the title of the entry but there is a note section at the very bottom of your entrys.

so how do you keep all the numbers in contacts straight? i mean when you've got 2500 contacts, how do you remember the main/direct/assistant number for each contact? Cuz they're all considered "work."

Why don't you just actually stick those titles in with your contact name?

I use Outlook to edit my address book, there are quite a few options there for your contacts.
