Ok, when i first got my bb, i wasn't worried about setting up my email. Now, that i've attempted to set it up, it doesn't ask me about a personal email, just corporate. Can someone help me? Thanks!

Go into email setup on your BB and it should take you to the BIS website. From here you can sign up for a BIS account and get all your email set up.

Are you on BIS or BES? If your on BIS you can login to you carriers BIS site and set up your email.

You first need to make sure you have a BB Data Plan. Not just any data plan, a BB data plan. Then the option to set up personal email will show up under email setup.

Ok, i got the blackberry unlimited bundle like, right now. i restarted my phone and it still only says work account. Plus, my BIS and BES say they are 'not connected'.....i'm sure it's because i only got the plan on my well, plan about 15 minutes ago.... let me know! Thanks!

Then you need a data pack to set up e-mail accounts? can't you retrieve e-mails connecting through wi-fi connection?

you should call att cs and make sure your data plan is set-up/ready to go.
