I don't know why or what happened but I haven't gotten any e-mail for the past 3 days, and when I send a test it says "user account is in INVALID mode". Anybody know why? Or how to make it valid?
Don't know but just a thought - could the message be coming from the server and not RIM or BlackBerry? Perhaps you might try going to the web or desktop client and make sure it's not actually a problem with the account.
Have you tried a battery pull with the phone on? Or perhaps re-register the Host Routing table and resend service books? Beware, I'm just grasping at straws here :-)
