    I don't know why or what happened but I haven't gotten any e-mail for the past 3 days, and when I send a test it says "user account is in INVALID mode". Anybody know why? Or how to make it valid?

    Don't know but just a thought - could the message be coming from the server and not RIM or BlackBerry? Perhaps you might try going to the web or desktop client and make sure it's not actually a problem with the account.

    Have you tried a battery pull with the phone on? Or perhaps re-register the Host Routing table and resend service books? Beware, I'm just grasping at straws here :-)

    I would goto your Set-Up-Email on your blackberry, sign in. You may need to Re-Validate your email accounts with RIM.

    as jebrank has said, you need to validate in email settings. I've been doing a search on this today, have not found out why it happens yet.

    Supposedly, it happens every 90 days, but I've never seen it in my time with a BB.
