I had to reboot my Curve, and when I boot up I get a java null exception, and now all of my e-mail access has disappeared from my phone.

Have you tried resending your Service Books?

How do you do that? I tried backing up my phone and it says it's not connected so something is wrong.

1. Be sure your radio is on and that you are seeing 1XEV next to your signal bars.

2. Go to Options > Advanced Options > Host Routing Table and press Menu and select "Register Now". This will make sure that the device is registered to the network.

3. From a computer, log in to your BIS page and click "Help" then click "Send Service Books".
