Was wondering if anyone can provide some assiatance. I just upgraded to a Curve 8310 a couple of days ago. When I receive an e-mail and read it on my device, the links and/or displays are not visible, just outlines. Is there a setting in my phone to allow those items to be displayed? Thank you.

When you open the email, hit Menu and select "Get Images"

You need to be sure you have version 4.5 of the phone OS installed on your phone in order to get HTML email.

Then you need to go to the email settings on the phone and be sure that HTML is enabled for each email address on the phone.
