    So ive searched long and hard for about an hour now, and i just cant find a solution to my problem so forgive me if this is a repeat.

    Just recently my BB curve 8330 is not receiving email, I have checked the settings and so forth. I went onto my yahoo account to make sure i actually didn't receive any mail and my inbox was overflowing with mail.

    So, can anyone help me out?

    Once again I am very very apologetic if this is a repeat thread, i just hope to get this fixed by tonight because I really need my e-mail up again

    Login here and send the service books to see if that resolves the issue.

    BlackBerry Internet Service

    If it does not leave the phone on, pull the battery and replace in 30 seconds.

    Well it would not hurt just so you know, It is like rebooting your PC but no it is not needed at this time since the service books fixed the issue........
