I have a bb 8320...For some reason dust are getting inside the screen and it's driving me nuts! Any ideas why this keeps happening? what's the easiest way to clean??
Back before I have a BlackBerry, I had a Blackjack 2. This exact problem happened to me, so I researched the problem a little and found out that a lot of other people were having this problem with the dust. So I called, and they sent me a new BJ2 for free, then I returned the old one. You should try calling and seeing if this is a defect or if they can get you a new one.
From my experience, the dust happened because I had my BJ in my pocket, where there is lint. Thats the only thing I could think of.
Do you have a case, it not, try getting one.
