I had a very odd thing happen. My trackball stopped working and the entire keyboard stopped working. My BB wasn't recognized by the computer. I had been changing the trackball, and I thought I had done something wrong and caused havoc with my 8320. However, I just got a new download from Blackberry and my trackball works again. Sorry to be a bother. I suspect that was a problem with the software and my installing new trackballs was just a coincidence when there was trouble. I guess the thing to get out of this is that if you are having trouble with your Curve and the trackball and your 'berry being noticed by your computer, look for an update. I have XP Pro, so this might have had a hand in it, too.
