You have to install the desktop manager then you can use the media manager to drag and drop pics/videos/music between the computer and phone

Are they on your memory card (MicroSD)?

If so just plug in your Blackberry. Choose the option on the screen to enable media mode, and you should have a Removable disk added to your drives in Windows (or a new icon on your desktop on OSX) and your files should be in there.

okay, so nothing happens when I just plug my bb into the computer. Downloaded and am now running the media manager and when I plug my bb in it says "there are no media files in this folder that match the filter settings. to change filter settings, click the Filter for Media Types button."

Where is that button???
