Follow the instructions exactly. If you do that, you won't have problems. If you don't do that, then you will definitely have problems.

Wow! Really? Maybe you are not up to the task if you were not able to even find the instructions on your own. Wow.

Here's the spoon.

If you have any problems..just post it here. Not everyone here is rude to those that just aren't aware of how much Crackberry has to offer.

The OP has a history of wanting to be spoonfed and not making an attempt to help himself.

And downgrading the device OS is not something that should be attempted by someone who cannot even find the READILY AND EASILY AVAILABLE instructions by themselves.

To the op, try the link in my signature for file free memory first. Your BB could be lagging due to low memory.

Also, your memory card could be corrupted. If you take your memory card out and the lagging stops, then you will need to move your files off you're card and reformat the card. Then move the files back to the card.

Not in a festive mood?

Some people like the "easy" option...

OS 5 can be had w/o the hourglass problem. Just need to install the files only that you want. use the hybrids found on bbtweaks.com
