    I don't know why but I am not receiving any E-Mails on my phone all of a sudden. It was working great all day, and now I am not getting them.

    Any suggestions?

    If you try to log into the BIS site it'll give you an error. I think it was published somewhere, but I found out about it the same way you did. As for frequency, it's not a very common event, but they probably took it down for server maintenance or the like.
