Quick question. When I try to open a word or excel doc from my email, it says "can not open document handler". I've registered my version of Documents to Go, and was able to open docs in the past, but haven't been able to lately, and then get that message. Help please!
I use D2G a lot but sorry, I don't know that error. Have you tried a battery pull? Unless someone else pops in with an answer, I imagine the next step would be to contact DataViz.

I am not sure this is a D2G problem and I am so sorry but I don't know what is causing that error. It might warrant uninstalling D2G and reinstalling from the over-the-air website or PC. Hopefully someone will be along with a more informed answer.
