So for some reason my documents to go icon was removed and now i cant even view files but when I go to the applications on my bb 8310 it shows documents to go...
what could be the problem and how do I get it back?

From your applications screen press menu and select Show All.

Also check to see if it's hidden in another folder somewhere.

Ummm... seriously, it really needs to Show All. Ok, from your Homescreen in which you have hit the escape physical button mucho times, hit the BB physical button once, twice and look for Show All.

If it is NOT there, time for a battery pull...If it is STILL not there, time for a full wipe or equivalent.

If Show All works and you can't find your D2G icon, just remove all of D2G and reload this wonderful app.

damn. i dont want to wipe the memory. i havent backed it up because of my other PIN problem.

If you did type in your PIN as your password then you may have entered it in wrong and you might just have to let your BB wipe.

It will wipe everything to default like it came out of the box.

You're sure that you used your PIN as your password?
