I downloaded BEAM READER, which opens and send PDF files perfectly. The issue I have is that when I download a file from email it says it is putting it on my media card in my document folder. I cannot find that folder after I download the document. Any ideas?

In my card there is a folder titled blackberry, in the blackberry folder there is a folder called documents, not sure if it helps but its the first place I'd look.

Ok, when I click on my MEDIA icon it opens and shows me icons for MUSIC...VIDEO...RING TONES...PICTURES...VOICE NOTES. thats it.....if I hit the menu button then click EXPLORE then MEDIA CARD then BLACKBERRY then the document folder shows up. How can I get it to the main screen? Can I move it to the home screen? I will be using the documents there a lot hopefully.

You can't move it to the main screen.

You will have to access it either through the media icon or (if the program allows) through the program menu.
