What is Mass Storage Mode for? I keep getting asked if I want to turn it on or not and if I do I might not be able to access some media files... like what kind of media files will I not be able to access? It does elaborate.
When you are hooked up to your pc you can see your card like one of the drives on the pc. It is also very easy to load music etc by dragging them to your card or pasting. No down side on enabling mass storage that I know of...
Like Tom said it allows the phone to be viewed by the PC as a storage device. Then you can transfer files from the media card to the PC and the other direction as well with no additional software required.
