I have a new BB 8330. When I down loaded the desktop soft ware and wantes to sync my address book, the desk top manager only shows Outlook express. On my wifes lap top when she connects her 8330 she sees outlook.
How if at all possible do I get outlook to come up in the selections?
On our desktop PC we are using win XP pro with office 2000. On the laptop we are usign XP pro with office 2003.
One other question on the desktop are both outlook and oputlook express using the same address book? I think they are but not sure.
There is a compatability issue between DM 4.5 and Outlook 2000. You can fix it by either upgrading Outlook to a newer version or downgrade the DM to either 42 or 4.3 (can't remember which) via BlackBerry's website.
