    Try https://www.blackberry.com/Downloads...93E4F3BB068C22 to get Desktop Manager. Download v4.6 without media manager which causes moee problems than it solves.

    There are other (and free) ways of doing what media manager does so very badly. Also outher methods will not slow down your PC.
