had the sticky "f" key and got my replacement from att today.

went through the "device switch" on blackberry desktop

everything restored to the new blackberry except now my aol email (which is my primary email) isn't pushing to the phone.

any ideas?

btw - did a battery pull with no help

also - i used to have a "personal email setup" button, but i cant find it anymore

I think you need to go to your carriers blackberry site and change your pin/info there.
