    Device not found. What to do?
    I have downloaded the desktop manager for my 8310, buy everytime I try to connect (uisng connection settings), I get device not found ? What should I do?

    What version of Desktop Manager are you using?

    I'd suggest you uninstall it, and reinstall the correct one...

    I just joined Crackberry, wanted to add ringtones and wallpaper, and have the same problem with my creaking old 7250 !
    Is it due to security crippling my employer added ?

    Some I.T. Policies are set to not allow installs / downloads of certain things.

    Go to options / Security Options / General Settings / scroll down, do you see an I.T Policy?

    If yes, then 'nough said...
