    I installed the latest version of BB Desktop manager, but it doesn't seem to be working. It shows that there is a device connected and my PIN, but nothing else seems to be working. I don't know what to do.

    The program isn't allowing me to do anything. The main window is not showing any options. I'm trying to put an application on.

    It doesnt have app loader, back up and restore, device switch wizard or sync?

    Yes, blank box. I don't understand either.

    It shows that my phone is connected though.

    Latest version? do you mean 4.7, if so, that version of DM is buggy and pretty much a huge PITA, if thats what you have, uninstall and download and install either 4.5 or 4.6 for the DM.

    Also, go to verizon and download your current operating system for your phone and install on your PC..

    Options, about, will tell you what OS you have, either 4.3 something, or 4.5.. which one is it, either the 3rd or 4th line down...
