    I have a Curve 8330 which was syncing just fine with Outlook on the Network even with exchange folders. Was syncing just calendar, contacts, notes. Server crashed, when it was rebuilt and Exchange back up and running Desktop Manager no longer allowed Sync Config to be set it is greyed out. When I connect the blackberry the entire Desktop Manager window goes grey and is unusable. Windows XP Pro SP3 pc, SBS Server 2003 with exchange, no blackberry enterprise software at all, just local install of Desktop Manager and Redirector. Have tried Version 4.3 (which used to work) all the way up to newest version 4.7. All do the same thing. Sync Config greyed out and desktop manager greyed out once connected to BB. Any help would be greatly appreciated...could not find an answer on BB website.

    Use 4.6 it's more stable.......

    I'm downloading that right now (without media manager) and will try it. Thanks. I'll update.


    Just finished installing 4.6 after trying several other versions this one did it!!!!
