    OK dumb question just gonna upgrade a friends curve to 4.5 OS today. Does he need desktop manager 4.5 for the upgrade or just the latest 4.6 version??

    4.5 works just fine for upgrading the OS. My personally experience is 4.6 is a lot faster.
