Let's say my phone code to unlock (company policy ) is 1234 when I try to go through my desktop manager (through the provided USB cable) it asks me for my device password. I type in 1234 and it doesn't work, then on my phone when i hit unlock the password 1234 doesn't work and now i have to keep erasing my files and the re-wizarding everything. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks in advance Jenn
