    I bought this phone from a friend and I did a wipe of the device but it didnt delete his yahoo account. I am still getting all his emails. Is the only way to delete this account by going to the carrier BIS site and removing it or is there away I can remove it for him?

    No there is no other way, you or him will have to log into the BIS account.
