I just removed an outside email account from my 8310 (it was a gmail account), but when I deleted it, it still had 5 unread messages. Well....the account is gone, but the new mail icon is not. And I don't know how to get it to go away. I even tried putting the email address BACK on there to try to read the messages and then delete it again, but that didnt work either.
Anybody know how to get this thing off? Power off/on didnt work....neither did several battery pulls. I also tried deleting the service book associated with it, but it wasnt there. Appreciate your help!
