    So I am a brand new bb user and I can't seem to figure out how to get my handheld to remove emails that I have deleted in Outlook on my desktop. I don't empty my deleted items when I close Outlook and I think I have all the settings correct. It's driving me crazy! Any ideas?

    I don't think it's possible...the emails from your Outlook are pushed to your Blackberry 1-way only...cannot push back from Blackberry to Outlook.

    Hopefully someone will correct me if I'm wrong...experts out there?

    No you have it right. For it to sync with outlook you need BES..
