My daughter in law just switched to Sprint for her BB service. When she deletes an email, it does get deleted from her computer like it did from her Verizon account. With Verizon you can pick to delete from Mail Box or handheld.
How can she delete from the hand held and computer.

I have a gmail account with my bb, when i delete emails it gives me the option for handheld and computer. i have sprint also. hers doesnt give her that option?

Click on ur messeges icon then menu click goto options then select E-Mail reconciliation then where is says delete set to promt . Hope this helps.....

just to echo biomindscape,

you have to do it for each email account

Messages -> Options -> Email Reconciliation

then select which email. ive go 5 set up and 2 of them don't prompt. so check those settings as bio has said. Its just noone mentioned if there were multiple accounts that it could be an issue too.
