I just added the blackberry software to my laptop.. I didnt mean to wipe out my word and power point is there a way to add them back?
also I am only getting a flashing light when I get emails and texts. I am having a hard time understanding the whole profile thing bc when I went in there and set a ring tone for text and email it changed my main ringtone... ty for all the help from the board.
If you hook your BB up to Desktop Manager and open up App Loader you should have the option to put a tick in the box for Docs2go, that should give you word etc back.
For the other matter go into the Profile setting> Advanced>press Menu key and choose edit. Now you can alter the tone etc for all items like emails, sms or bbm. Make sure the sound is not set to mute if you actually want to hear a tone
