Is there a way I can get deleted text messages back? Please say yes. I accidentally deleted one today that I needed to keep. Thanks in advance for any responses.

Well technically speaking you could always get it back from the origination or recipient.

Last resort you know , but if you sent it or received it.................

If you backed up your berry prior to delete you should be able to get it back.

yeah a safe bet is to backup once a week, that way if you ever need an important message, you can restore from that particular backup.

    Once bitten, twice shy.

If you have valuable information on your device, you really should know about backup.

It is part of BlackBerry Desktop Manager, availabe for downloading. Once you use it, your data is safe.

Now for the issue of loosing them in the first place. Check out the Memory Management thread.
