    When I delete something on our Exchange server, it isn't being deleted on the handheld. If I delete it on the handheld, it moves to the Deleted Folder on the Exchange server as it should. What am I doing wrong?

    Not deleting it on your phone.

    All Exchange does is it pushes email to the phone, outside of that it's at the device's discretion.
