I'm new to this site and I just got a blackberry. It's great so far but there are a few things that I wish I could customize for a better experience. Whenever I dial a number in order to add a contact, the number is immediately placed in the work category. Is there any way to change it to mobile?
Also, Whenever I click on the compose icon to write a SMS message and then click on a contact, it sometimes calls them (?) and sometimes opens up the SMS message window. Is there any way to adjust it and make "compose" create sms message whenever clicked?
