I've set my daughters ringtone a couple of weeks ago and decided to change it.. I go to address book, her name, edit, and change it.. It says something like do you want to over write the current tone or words to that affect.. I say yes.. then ok, tone set..
When she calls me, it comes up with her old tone, why is that? I did a batter pull and all of that...
Go into your Profiles. Scroll down and select Advanced. Scroll down and look for an Exception with your daughter's name. Delete it. Then go back into your Address Book and reset the ringtone.
