Hello all,

I charged my 8310 last night and this morning it works like molasses. When I move the ball, there's like a 5 second delay before the icons move. I can basically do nothing with it, b/c I can't hone in on a single icon this way.

Anyone experience this before???

Try doing a battery pull. Leave the device on and take the battery out for about a minute, put it back in and see if that works.
