I cannot transfer any files other than pictures and music and that is only when I am in media file. How do I transfer files and programs from my laptop to my curve via bluetooth. Do I have to use USB how do I transfer that way?

I have already paired my devices and enterd the passkey so pairing isn't the problem. Please help!!! Thanks.

Welcome! There are several threads that address that issue. Search the forums and you will find them. The answer will vary slightly, depending on your BB model, PC type, etc...but it usually involves telling your BB to Receive via Bluetooth at the same time the PC is attempting to send.
