my phones usb port broke and i got a replacement phone.
is there any way to send all the contacts from one to the other via bluetooth?
or can i save them on my media card and transfer into the new one?

You can transfer them using Bluetooth. You'll need to make your devices discoverable to each other in BT settings.
I believe that your contacts are in device memory, and haven't read where they can be loaded into your media card, so BT or manual is the only options as far as I know.
