i have a customer with a curve 8330 for verizon that has led issues. i was wondering if somebody could help. well when she makes a phone call the red led starts flashing and doesnt stop until she hangs up the phone. i went to options screen and keyboard and turned off led indicator light but it still comes on. it has no water damage what so ever. what could be the problem? how could i fix it?
