my blackberry's qwerty keyboard is not working all of a sudden idk how this came to be but it never got wet or dropped when it stopped i tried pulling the battery out and that didn't work,,can someone help me please.??
The usual cause for a Curve keyboard failure is moisture, even perspiration from carrying it in a pocket. If it's not that and a battery pull didn't help, then I think you may have a defective phone. I'm afraid there's likely nothing you can do to fix it.
