New to the site and the Blackberry! Just upgraded with Alltel at an outlet and picked up the Curve 8330. Is this a newer model or would there be a newer, more updated model at an actual Alltel location (not an 'authorized dealer') Thanks!
The Curve 8330 is the top of the line "Classic" curve. It likely will be superseded by the Curve 8900, but likely will continue to be sold for quite some time.
Welcome cph. If you try to always keep up on the NEWEST of everything you'll go crazy. The 8330 is a fantastic device, it will serve you well for quite a long time. Congrats on a great decision!

Welcome to CB and BB. If you have your 8330 you are sitting very pretty. I think you should play with your 8330 for a while before getting the upgrade bug. You might not want to upgrade to the other phones. Find out exactly what you like about BBs and what you don't then you can decide if a newer phone is for you. For a lot of people the curve is just right.
