If you haven't gotten it wet or had it in very humid places like the bathroom while showering, we can start with this.
Sounds like you have either a battery problem and possibly a memory problem with it.
Do a battery pull to start. Wait 30 seconds and put the battery back in and see if it will reboot.
If it doesn't complete the reboot, hook up to power and attempt to restart. If this doesn't get it started so you can access the menu, refer to How to Revive a Dead Blackberry for additional information.
