Have a read of my thread on microSD cards from the link in my sig. I would wait a while before buying a 16Gb card for the reason that the current crop is only Class 2 compatible. This means that whilst they will work just fine in your BlackBerry for all its functions the transfer spped for loading files is really quite slow. If you hang on until the Class 4 cards hit the market then your load times will fall significantly.
