Starting yesterday my BB will not hold its charge.

The msg will come up:
"Battery drained. Shutting down handheld"

My battery works fine in other BB's. Their batteries do the same in mine so this leads me to belive there is a problem with the phone itself.

I left it off all last night charging (approx 8 hours).

I reloaded the OS with the following instructions and the same issue still occurs:

After doing these troubleshooting steps the same issue still occurs. Does anybody have ideas on how to help/fix this issue?
