    I have an Unlocked Curve 8310 from AT&T. I was going to give it to a friend of my to use until he is eligible for an upgrade since I'm already on the Bold. Will this work even though AT&T use different style of networks (AT&T= GSM Verizion=???)

    No. Verizon is a CDMA network - this will not work.
