Curve (83 series) Cant send pics.

I have a Blackberry Curve (83 series). I can normally send pics via mms or email without a problem. However, yesterday I was sending a pic via email and it went straight to pending, later I sent another, and today as well. All were in pending, and I was unable to send any pics mms or email, though texts are fine. I looked online and found someone with the same problem and they said to delete the pending messages and try again. I attempted this as well as removing the battery, neither of which worked. I am at a loss about what to do. If you have any suggestions please let me know.

**I have At&T, live in the US, I believe EDGE was on, everything else is working properly

What exact model number device?
What country?
What carrier?
Were you getting a good DATA signal (in addition to your "3 - 5 service bars") when this happen?
Are you you seeing EDGE (or 1XEV depending on the device)?
Are your other data features (internet, etc) working properly?

Do you have a FULL BlackBerry Data Plan active for the device?

So internet is working, but email and MMS are not?

Have resent the Service Books?
Have you done a Battery Pull?
