Exclamation Crashes with Desktop Manager
help needed here... i am doing a "Device Switch" BB to BB from DM. But when it gets to the target phone, after a brief reboot; and DM says waiting for device initialization DM crashes on me...

I am certain that the crash happens after the target BB comes to life...

What version of DM, what version of Windows?

Have you tried uninstalling DM 4.6 and then reinstalling? Did your system meet the system requirements listed for the install? Are you running sp3?

yes sir! did that, and I am. am running 4.5.0.55 anyway. done this with 4.2 with no issue.

can it be the OS?
