My friend cracked the screen and case on there 8330 and now it is bleeding i was wondering how hard it is to replace the screen or are they better of just paying the $50's to Verizon and getting a new phone?

at cellulardr.com, the screen is 69.95, so given the price of that part alone, if your friend can get a new phone with the $50, id get the new phone.
