I have never conected my 8310 to my computer. Tried last night and the computer never picked it up. What do I do next?

Roller ball now does not "click" when I push it. Advice?

I really did not know you could do so many things with this phone till yesterday...

Remove your battery while the device is ON, wait a minute and re-insert. Let us know if that helps...

Do you have desktop manager installed, and is it running when you connect your device to the computer?

Installed desktop manager last night. Is is going to put an icon on my desktop. Because last night nothing happened.

Look under your programs, thru control panel, it should be in there if it installed..

As SD suggested, try a battery pull.. leave the device on, remove the battery for about 30 secs, then replace..
